4. Scope of Beekeeper Services (Best Effort)
- Identify the likely colony/swarm location and discuss removal options with customer.
- Review known hazards, access, and work conditions before starting.
- For cut-outs, open the location as needed to access the colony, remove bees and comb/wax (best effort), and collect the colony when possible.
- Make a best-effort attempt to reduce the chance of bee return by removing comb and attempting to block entry points. No guarantee; nothing is 100%.
- If practical, attempt to put property components back together using existing removed materials. This is a temporary best-effort only.
5. What Is Not Included
- No extermination, pesticide treatment, or killing of bees.
- No removal of wasps, hornets, yellowjackets, or other pests/insects.
- No contractor work, finish carpentry, drywall/roof/siding/plaster/stucco repair, paint, insulation replacement, or restoration.
- No guarantee of complete bee removal in concealed spaces or return prevention.
Honey bees only. If the insects are not honey bees, service may be declined.
