Honey Bee Removal Service

Property owner/occupant agrees to disclose known hazards and utility/infrastructure in or near the work area before work begins.

• Locate or identify the honey bee swarm/colony and discuss reasonable removal options with the customer.
• Review visible conditions and hazards in the intended work area before starting.
• For cut-outs: cut into the location where the colony is located as needed to access and remove bees and comb/wax.
• Make a best-effort attempt to block or reduce the original bee entry point after removal (not a guarantee).
• If possible, attempt to place removed property materials back using existing materials only.

• No guarantee that all bees are removed, that bees will not return, or that future bee activity will not occur.
• Best-effort work only; concealed conditions may limit or stop removal.
• Beekeeper is not responsible for hidden damage, pre-existing conditions, or conditions discovered during work.

Beekeeper is not an exterminator or pest-control service and will only remove honey bees. No service is provided for wasps, hornets, yellowjackets, carpenter bees, or other pests/insects.

Service is typically free if the beekeeper removes and keeps the entire honey bee swarm/colony (including bees and comb/honey as applicable).

Charges may apply if the job is unusually difficult, dangerous, time-sensitive, or if the customer wishes to keep bees, comb, honey, wax, equipment, or any portion of the colony/materials.

Any charges must be agreed to before removal work begins.

If the customer requests to keep any bees, comb, honey, wax, or related materials, a charge will apply for the beekeeper's time and handling unless otherwise agreed in writing above.

• Customer authorizes the beekeeper to open/cut into the identified area as reasonably necessary for access.
• Beekeeper is not a contractor or repair service and does not provide structural, finish, or permanent repairs.
• Any repair/restoration beyond best-effort replacement of removed materials is the customer's responsibility.

Beekeeper will use reasonable care and make a best effort to leave the property as found, but accidental damage may occur. Customer accepts and assumes all risk and liability related to the voluntary service, work area conditions, and the removal process.

Beekeeper is an individual (not a licensed contractor) and has no business insurance for this work. Customer accepts this condition and agrees to proceed voluntarily.

• Beekeeper will make a reasonable effort to protect the surrounding area and clean up accessible debris from the extraction.
• Some mess, residue, stains, bee traffic, or debris may remain depending on property conditions and access limits.
• After extraction and reasonable cleanup are completed, any remaining cleanup/restoration is the customer's responsibility.

Beekeeper may stop or refuse work at any time if conditions are unsafe, aggressive bees create unreasonable risk, hazards are undisclosed, access changes, weather interferes, or concealed conditions make the job impractical.

By signing below, the parties confirm they read and understand this agreement, had the opportunity to ask questions, and agree to its terms. Electronic signatures (typed or drawn on screen) are intended to be binding to the extent permitted by law.
